2019 summer Classes

The International School of Ballet is very pleased to announce another year of special summer classes. These classes will provide dancers with the opportunity to continue their training and enhance their artistry, while maintaining their stamina over the summer.

Students who have reached RAD Ballet Grade 5 and up, are strongly encouraged to attend.

Weekly schedules are noted below.

Summer Classes will run from JUNE 27 to AUGUST 29, inclusive.

There will be no classes on JULY 1st or AUGUST 5th.

SUMMER CLASSES OFFERED

Master Class
Suitable for students who have completed RAD Intermediate Exam (or equivalent) and higher.

Our Summer Master Classes run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Drop-in dancers welcomed.

Adult Class
Suitable for adults with any level of experience in classical ballet.

We have BEGINNER CLASSES and INTERMEDIATE CLASSES running on Wednesday evenings.

Drop-in dancers welcomed.

Open Class

Suitable for students entering Grade 5 RAD to Intermediate RAD (or equivalent).

Classes running: July 8 - 18

Tuesdays 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Thursdays 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

*additional classes may be added, by request

Drop-ins welcomed.

Syllabus Class

Syllabus Classes are restricted to ISB students, only.

10-class pass - $200.00
Drop-in - $25.00/class

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Summer Passes will be on sale during ISB Office Hours and during the summer session, please see our ‘Contact Us’ page for more details.

  • Acceptable forms of payment for Summer Passes include: Credit and Cash (Debit available during office hours).

  • You may Drop-in for Master Classes, Adult Classes and Open Classes only.

  • Drop-in Classes must be paid prior to the start of class.

    Acceptable forms of payment for Drop-in Classes include: Credit and Cash (Debit available during office hours).

  • ISB Students must pre-register for Syllabus Classes. Please send an email to isb@iballet.com to register.

  • Syllabus Classes must be paid at the office upon registration. (Pass cards are not eligible to be used for Syllabus Classes).

  • Acceptable forms of payment for Syllabus Classes include: Credit and Cash (Debit available during office hours).

  • Summer Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable to the regular ballet season.


Classical ballet encompasses a wealth of opportunity and guidance for the young generation.  It offers a strong foundation of sound physical development.  The specialized training also instills concentration, discipline and dedication.  These building blocks produce self-awareness, confidence and harmonious teamwork.
